The new car won out due to the miles were were finding on the one year old cars and the resulting lack of warranty. The dealership in Highland is beautiful and, frankly, if it didn't have so many amenities we likely would have left prior to purchasing a car due to our young son's attention span. I will say we waited on a Saturday for almost 6 hours and left without a solid answer on pricing - that was very frustrating. In that time we did drive a couple of different vehicles including a demo which was a good price. We returned the following Monday to finish the deal and, again, we waited quite a while (more than 2 hours). However, the meeting with the finance manager was good and he had many warranty options to choose from which was important for us. In the end it was a good experience and we love the car. I believe we will return for any required service due to the facility's amenities. I would suggest seriously looking at the wait time for answers...many people might not wait that long... we almost didn't. More

Greatness I was recently in search for a new SRX, over the last several years, I purchased Mercedes, I decided to go back to Cadillac a few years ago. I had r I was recently in search for a new SRX, over the last several years, I purchased Mercedes, I decided to go back to Cadillac a few years ago. I had recently search for a particular color which was the Terra Cotta. Due to the time of season, no one had the car, I contacted two dealership, they did have that particular color on their lot. Stopping at the gas station a gentlemen, whom I did not know his name, but would see in the Bloomfield Twp area. He gave me Garnell Woolridge card. Very reluctant, I gave him a call. He held the car for me, until I made up my mind. I love the vehicle, and most of all the treatment when I went to the dealership. I was greeted with the utmost respect. He was more than helpful. This young man went out of his way to be of assistance to me, along with his sales manager. I"m very grateful for the Lafontaine family, and the people they have employed. More than my expectations.
