Still has nice perks but not as pleased as before Did not take time to schedule recall repairs, only did oil change which were surprisingly no longer free. The service man (don't remember his name) was not interested in scheduling the safety recall work, just ordered the oil change. Our tires were poor - wires showing through and they were never mentioned as needing to be replaced - we were prepared to replace them but after everything else, husband got oil change and left. Highly disappointed. More

Requests ignored or forgotten The little things are what mean the most. Over the past year there has been less follow through and more frustration for me. I asked that my transmiss The little things are what mean the most. Over the past year there has been less follow through and more frustration for me. I asked that my transmission fluid level be checked... two different occasions now it was forgotten. The first time I asked they sent someone last minute to check it and he did it improperly. Two other visits my car was returned to me without the 'complimentary' wash. This last visit my speedometer was set on kilometers... when I called in concern, I was greeted with a tone of annoyance. I feel as though I need to constantly check everything each visit. Further more my mother had her oil changed, they left her brake fluid cap off after checking her fluid levels. She came back and asked for a replacement cap. She was given the run around for weeks. Not happy. More
