Service Dept. I very much appreciate the professionalism of the dealership and appreciate the hospitality, the waiting area and the beverage are great. Two concern I very much appreciate the professionalism of the dealership and appreciate the hospitality, the waiting area and the beverage are great. Two concerns I have are the length of time it takes to get an oil change. My last two visit have been an hour and an hour and 10 min. That's way too long for an oil change, I really need a reason to go to you versus a quick change where I can get it under 1/2 hour. The second complaint is the last two oil changes have left oil spots in my garage where either the plug wasn't put all the way in or the access oil in the area was wiped good enough, both of the are reason I really need to think about before I return as a customer for an Oil Change. More

BEST Car Shopping Experience After visiting a handful of dealerships and having nothing but negative experiences, I was referred to Klint at LaFontaine Buick GMC Cadillac by a for After visiting a handful of dealerships and having nothing but negative experiences, I was referred to Klint at LaFontaine Buick GMC Cadillac by a former coworker. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Kelli greeted me and grabbed me a cup of coffee. (So nice!!) Klint was with another guest when I arrived so I was taken to his assistant, Ron. Ron took down all of my details - current vehicle, what I was looking for (white Buick Encore), price range, etc. Ron and Klint found the exact car I was looking for and gave me the keys to test drive while they ran some numbers. By the time I made it back to the dealership, they had an offer waiting for me and it was the best offer I had seen at any dealership. I was blown away by how well they worked with me that I thought there had to be a catch! Nope - they are just wonderful people to do business with and want to make the customer experience a positive one. Ron helped me set up my OnStar services and took my car to be detailed. Klint introduced me to David to finish signing the papers. David was dynamic and made signing what feels like 8,000 pages of documents much better! I then got my keys and headed home in my new whip! I arrived at the dealership around 1:30 p.m. and was out of there before 5:00 p.m. - keep in mind, this was a Saturday AND their second to last sales day of their month, so it was very busy. Putting that into perspective, it was a very short process. I have nothing but positive things to say about LaFontaine, as well as Klint, Ron, David and Kelli. Everyone was kind and personable - I felt like they truly cared about me. The entire car buying experience at LaFontaine was exactly how buying a car should be - fast, easy, fun! Thank you to all at LaFontaine!! More

free car wash after having service on my car, I had a complimentary car wash. I think it was dirtier when I left than when I came in. everyone should take pride i after having service on my car, I had a complimentary car wash. I think it was dirtier when I left than when I came in. everyone should take pride in their work whether they are the CEO, salesperson or the car wash employee. my car was not the cleanest when I arrived but it looked like it was just rinsed off then wiped, smearing the dirt around. I just hope the dirt didn't scratch the paint. I'm really not happy with that service. I'm not certain of the person that checked my in for the service. More
