My salesman Robert Blondie was amazing and he got me a great price and made the deal work for me. I was just about to purchase the same car from Suburban Cadillac for a lot more money and I'm glad I met Rob before I did. Robert was professional, respectful and very responsive to all my questions and concerns; he took care of me and my wife he made sure we had a great experience, he even bought us lunch ( yes they have a cafe with amazing food inside the dealership) whereas most dealerships provide you with a vending machine and say get your own drinks (like Mercedes for example). I definitely recommend asking for Robert Blondie when you consider purchasing your next care from here. One thing that sticks out in my mind about this dealership is that all the staff even the managers who you rarely ever speak too were so kind and friendly that I felt like I have been a customer of theirs for years. Staff whom I never met would just walk past me and stop to say hello and ask how things were going and if I needed anything. The owner of the dealership and his family have their offices on the main floor which is rare, most of the times you don't even know the owner exists. I really was surprised by what an amazing facility they have and such a comforting environment which is rare for car dealers. If you purchase a car from this dealership you will NOT be disappointed and I am recommending them to all my friends. More
