Kessler was attentive, on the ball, and professional. When we arrived on Black Friday, Kessler and Kirk (the finance guy) had all our paperwork prepared and ready to roll even with it being one of the busiest days of the season. Even after we returned to NC with the vehicle we heard from Kessler to make sure that we were happy. When we hit a small snag with getting our NC plates on the new car, Kirk and Kessler went to work by calling the DMV down here to better understand what paperwork we were missing and getting it to us ASAP. Buying a car with LaFontaine was well worth the 800 mile trip and we look forward to doing business with them again when it's time for another new car. More
