I stopped by huge LaFontaine in Hartland and being a former car salesman I was just waiting for all the pressure and game playing. However, it wasn't like that at all. I told them what I was looking for in a truck along with price and they pointed one that was great. I liked the truck but I probably would have continued on to Ford just to compare if it wasn't for how I was treated. They got me a truck with more options than I was expecting with a lower payment. It was quick and easy I didn't get pressure from the sales manager Jim Rice and the salesman Dave Schlum showed me everything and didn't push me. Same thing when I went to the finance office, they showed options and were clear on price but left the decision up to me. Again, great experience all around. More

Brian Kenyak was especially helpful in navigating the entire process and even had my ATS delivered from Highland, MI to my home in Ohio! Deceived by finance department Purchased a gm certified vehicle drove it home to find leaking transmission fluid all over my driveway crawled underneath to discover has been leaking Purchased a gm certified vehicle drove it home to find leaking transmission fluid all over my driveway crawled underneath to discover has been leaking for a long time from the transfer case bottom of vehicle covered with transmission fluid called my salesman told him I was going on a trip out if state he said the dealership is closed but I should be fine to drive it in this condition . With the possibility of damage this would cause to my $30,000 investment I checked the fluid level to find only 2 ounces of transmission fluid left in the transfer case holy s... Thank goodness I have an automotive background and was able to refill the transfer case before driving again or this could have resulted in a disaster for me and my family. Still unsure of what internal damage was caused driving around with only 2 ounces of fluid . The dealership fixed the leak but never looked into the transfer case to see what damage was caused due to inadequate fluid level. I guess that's my future problem now. I am very upset about this situation and this gives " gm certified" a bad reputation of buying with confidence this "certified" vehicle should have never left the lot in this condition. Also I was deceived by the finance department into purchasing a extended warranty that would cover me an additional 2 years after the manufacture warranty expired to later discover after reading my paperwork that on the application for extended warranty the" in service vehicle date" was falsified to show me being covered for these extra 2 years but can later be contested by the warranty provider should a future problem arise. I have since made 4 phone calls to this dealership to cancel this bogus warranty and nobody will call me back my next step is to call the warranty company and let them know what's going on More

From the time of my inquiry about incentives, thru conversations about vehicle availability, delivery timing and finally the concierge service dropping the car off at my front door, the car buying experience completely exceeded my expectations. The sales person, the finance manager and the delivery manager were an absolute delight - the entire car buying process was explained with great detail and all of my questions were answered. The delivery manager made sure the vehicle settings were adjusted to what I am used to and all new features explained with no questions remaining. The overall service the dealership provided was excellent. The way I feel about the entire experience—Completely Satisfied. More

It ended up being a two week process from initial visit to delivery and Eric managed the entire process of making sure the vehicle was in excellent shape to meet our needs and communicated literally daily until we purchased the vehicle. We even ended up with a few complementary delicious carmel frappuccino's during out stay. Eric was quick to response and proactive in his updates. No pressure, just friendly service was exhibited throughout all facets of the buying experience by Eric, the sales manager, the financing guy, the barista, and their service shop. They all stood by the word and each time you think their might be a wrinkle in the process, based on past buying experiences, they stood up to the word and delivered. Normally, I am a repeat buyer of 2-3 year old pre owned cars and will go to anyone that has the right vehicle at the right price. I'll certainly be returning back to this dealer to find my next pre owned car. More

When I went to their website to look at their inventory and pricing, I was surprised that I was offered an immediate opportunity to chat with a representative. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted warmly by several representatives. The salesperson I was there to meet -- Tonia Kelley -- was servicing another customer, but took the time to find me in the waiting area and introduce herself. She made arrangements for me to take a test drive while she completed another appointment. When I met with Ms. Kelley she understood what I was looking for and the price range. She was friendly, courteous and completely responsive to my needs. There was no hassle and no pressure. The staff assigned to the finance end of the deal were equally as courteous and respectful. I will definitely recommend LaFontaine to everyone. More

He promised us a simple, honest, and hassle-free vehicle purchasing experience, which materialized in our purchase of a new 2016 Escalade Platinum model. First, he examined our old Escalade and gave us a trade-in value which beat the competition. He then researched the database for future deliveries of cars that matched our needs. After some consultation with his manager, he offered us a competitive price for the vehicle we selected. Upon receiving the new vehicle, he spent a lengthy period of time walking us through the numerous new features. The following day, Jonathan Tournaud met with us at our home to program the Universal Remote System and went over many of the technical aspects related to using the electronic components of the vehicle. With Harvey and Jonathan’s explanations, we were able to operate our new vehicle with minimum difficulty. Based on the pleasant purchasing experience of our new Escalade, we highly recommend Harvey Hortick to future Cadillac customers. More
