I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Joseph Vulaj. Very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and engaging. He walked me through every aspect of turning in my leased vehicle and gave me an exceptional price for my used car. I felt comfortable with all negotiations with Mr. Vulaj, the service department and the Financial advisor, who by the way was also very knowledgeable and forthright.
