I had purchased my last 5 cars from a national chain because I did not want to deal with all the haggling to get the best price. With LaFontaine I did not have to worry about that. I researched long enough to find out that I had a great price for the vehicle. Steven Goff was my Sales Representative and extremely diligent, highly responsive and provided me with an excellent experience. Tony from the finance department found a super financing rate for me and it was basically a matter of minutes to get the approval etc. They found a shipping company for me that continued with the great service and the car arrived safely and exactly as described/pictured last night. Highly recommend this dealer and will be glad to go back when the next vehicle purchase is due. More

New Car Purchase - Beau Glossinger This was my first new car purchase in 15 plus years. I made the decision to purchase a GMC Terrain, that was the easy part. Finding a reputable Sale This was my first new car purchase in 15 plus years. I made the decision to purchase a GMC Terrain, that was the easy part. Finding a reputable Sales professional / Dealer gave me great trepidation. Beau Glossinger / LaFontaine came highly referred from a good friend (who is also a Service Tech with Lafontaine). I called Beau and left word with what I was looking for, and he phoned back promptly. Our visit to the Dealer was effortless, and Beau was pleasant, honest, and let us know they did not have the exact model on the lot. He took the time to use a dealer tool to "find" the exact vehicle from another dealer (rather than just steering us to one already on the lot). During this process, I worked with Jeff Chapel, who made this incredibly simple and worry free. The car was delivered the next evening, and we scheduled delivery for the following morning. I arrived to pick up my new GMC Terrain, and the paperwork was quick and organized. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn't comfortable with - that was a huge relief. This turned out to be one of the most pleasant experiences, I never imagined it could be so easy. Beau and Jeff were true professionals, and they really went out of their way to make me comfortable.
