This was a remote purchase, based on the pictures and information LaFontaine provided. I had purchased my last 5 cars from a national chain because I did not want to deal with all the haggling to get the best price. With LaFontaine I did not have to worry about that. I researched long enough to find out that I had a great price for the vehicle. Steven Goff was my Sales Representative and extremely diligent, highly responsive and provided me with an excellent experience. Tony from the finance department found a super financing rate for me and it was basically a matter of minutes to get the approval etc. They found a shipping company for me that continued with the great service and the car arrived safely and exactly as described/pictured last night. Highly recommend this dealer and will be glad to go back when the next vehicle purchase is due. More
