We bought our Acadia from Blake at LaFontaine and he is such a liar. This dealership tells you what you want to hear but lives up to none of it. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. The salesman we were dealing with was pompous arrogant didn’t show us anything good I went with the intentions of spent 15k on a nice van and years. Not customer friendly!! We have been trying for a month to contact our sales rep and the General Manager about our leased car that we received from them. No one has responded!!! We keep getting mail abou to contact our sales rep and the General Manager about our leased car that we received from them. No one has responded!!! We keep getting mail about setting up a time to turn our car in, yet no one bothers to return our calls to do so!! We also tried calling any salesperson and no one even answered the phone. Very aggravating and disappointed. Did not have this problem when it was the Glen Buege Dealership!! We have been loyal GMC customers for many years and have never been treated so poorly. Thinking about switching to Ford. We are going to contact a news station to see if they can help us. Hopefully this will be on the 6 or 10 o'clock news. I would advise everyone else to do the same if they are having issues. More
WORST SERVICE EVER, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I wanted to give them no stars, but the system wouldn't allow it. I have never left a review ever, but the service here was so bad that I am compelled to do to give them no stars, but the system wouldn't allow it. I have never left a review ever, but the service here was so bad that I am compelled to do so. My car was picked up and was supposed to be returned later that day. I called multiple times and received no answer. At 5:50 pm I get a call from Travis saying Matt (who was handling the service) had left for the day. I had to get a ride home and then back to work. I tried all morning to reach the service department and did not get an answer. I finally received a text saying I could pick up my car. I replied back saying you picked it up and need to return it. Once again no answer. I called multiple numbers at the service department.. no answer. Finally tried the sales department and asked to speak with the General Manager... guess what, no answer and no return phone call. Eventually Matt answered the phone and said, "I sent you the pick up link". No, you did not, but the link arrived moments after hanging up with him. Upon receiving my car, I could smell oil burning. We opened the hood and it was SMOKING!! More
Battery already died only had it for a month and half I feel that I was taken advantage of. When I decided to purchase the 2013 Traverse I had asked the salesman if the battery was good and he told m I feel that I was taken advantage of. When I decided to purchase the 2013 Traverse I had asked the salesman if the battery was good and he told me that the car was certified. Yet here I am a month and half later with a dead battery and out $380. Unbelievable, especially when the guy try to suggest that maybe I left a light on 🙄 no sir I didn’t.. why do dealerships have to be so shady?!! Sales guy...nice guy but I feel that he lied about the battery...(4 years ago I had something similar happen to another car of mine that I purchased from another dealership) that’s why I had asked about the battery. Service guy polite. Just feel like there is some dishonesty going on there. More
