Took them 3 days to call me and tell me what's wrong. I took my 2011 GMC 2011 Avalanche to be checked on Wednesday and took them until Friday 3 days to call me and tell me what's wrong with the truck. I I took my 2011 GMC 2011 Avalanche to be checked on Wednesday and took them until Friday 3 days to call me and tell me what's wrong with the truck. I spent over $200.00 for a rental car. This gentleman called Michael called me told me that the repair will cost me $1600.00 and said "come and pick it up and think about the repair", I told him go ahead and do the repair, but when I went to pick up the truck the invoice was couple hundred dollars less than what he said on the phone. Seized engine due to oil change error I picked up my new vehicle from its first oil change and the engine seized on the way home. Several phone calls were made with few call backs. I had to fight with the dealership for over 3 weeks! They finally agreed into putting a new engine in after they tried tricking me into a used engine that was involved in a car accident and had over 3,000 more miles than mine! Mind you this was a new vehicle with 4,000 miles. They are nothing but con artists! Superior Buick knows nothing about customer service and they don't give a xxxx about their customers! Please beware of this dealership. More
