Extremely Professional staff putting your needs first! I phoned the dealership for information about purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke with Nicole. We spoke about the vehicle that I was interested in and w I phoned the dealership for information about purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke with Nicole. We spoke about the vehicle that I was interested in and what features I wanted. She researched the availability of cars and promptly phoned me. I met with Nicole and Paul Jordan the manager. I decided to lease.Nicole completed the paperwork so quickly that I actually drove home in the new vehicle that same day! The staff in Ann Arbor are so friendly. I will recommend the dealership. Poor customer service/repair My first experience was fine so I thought until my transmission was shot and we brought it back and same thing. It's a 2005 Saturn Vue and I know you all would say you need a new car, well at this time I cannot afford it, but if you are putting new transmissions in then I don't get it. Do you all not know what you are doing? Very poor service. More
Awful experience and POOR service I recently took my vehicle into LaFontaine in Ann Arbor for a routine oil change and noticed a palm size dent on the hood that looked to be from someo I recently took my vehicle into LaFontaine in Ann Arbor for a routine oil change and noticed a palm size dent on the hood that looked to be from someone pushing the hood down. I had my vehicle inspected by a LaFontaine dealership the week before as I am turning in my lease and want to be prepared for any damage I may have to pay for so I know this dent did not exist prior to the oil change. Accidents happens and I'm an understanding person but after multiple calls and messages to Derek in the service department with nothing in return I have lost ALL respect for this dealership! I've now taken this to the corporate level and am trying to resolve the issue that way. I've had multiple sources call multiple times, have even sent e-mails and Derek always seems to be "on lunch" or "not answering pages". If you're looking to do business with LaFontaine I recommend going to the location on Highland Rd in Milford or to the location in Dexter. More
Very Awesome Service Robert Bell was very excellent. He helped us get the car we needed. Between Angels of Hope's Steve and Robert, we were able to drive our new HHR home Robert Bell was very excellent. He helped us get the car we needed. Between Angels of Hope's Steve and Robert, we were able to drive our new HHR home the same day. Car was clean and sharp. Service was excellent. The drive to Ann Arbor from Flat Rock was well worth it, and will do it again for our next car. More
Beyond My expectation I recently had a terrible experience with another dealership. To my surprise Robert was very personable and extremely helpful. He understood my family's need and didn't push anything on us just to get over and make extra money like some other sales people might do. Robert was great to work with and got us exactly what we truly needed and I appreciated that. I love the car I purchased and I am excited to send friends to work with him when they need a new car!
