GMC Sierra Torgue Convertor replacement/#1 Detail Service 2012 GMC Sierra was in for replacement of Trogue Convertor (2nd time). Seth and his team were very courteous, the loaner renta (GMC Acadia)l was appr 2012 GMC Sierra was in for replacement of Trogue Convertor (2nd time). Seth and his team were very courteous, the loaner renta (GMC Acadia)l was appropriate for my needs and allowed the repair work to be done in a timely yet complete manner. The only concern, which I did not bring up as it was noticed later, was I requested a #1 Detail service on the truck. I noticed upon arriving home that the back bumper was not washed, the windows were not cleaned, and the top of the truck bed cover was only washed where someones hands could reach so the whole middle section was still very soiled. More

Dishonorable Recall I noticed on DealerRater that there was a recall for the 2008 Buick Enclave wiper linkage. I contacted my dealer, set up an appointment for them to ch I noticed on DealerRater that there was a recall for the 2008 Buick Enclave wiper linkage. I contacted my dealer, set up an appointment for them to check out why my wipers were inoperable and they told me that they would not honor the recall because it had been closed in 2008...WoW! All recalls no matter the date should be reviewed and dealt with to keep a reliable relationship between service and customers. More
