Not so free oil change I had my first oil change done on my new car, which is part of their service plan. Now the car shakes. I was told they don't balance the the tires aft I had my first oil change done on my new car, which is part of their service plan. Now the car shakes. I was told they don't balance the the tires after they rotate them. Also, that it's $49.95 to do so, which is more expensive than the tire companies charge. I have bought other cars from them, and never had this problem. This will be my last car that I purchase with them. Their service staff was not helpful, only my salesman attempted to help. It's not like it's a close drive for me to go there either, and take time off from work. Also their "free" car wash is not so. It covers an undercarriage wash. You have to still pay extra to get a real car wash. More

I was told something would be knocked off the price of my car for them lying and saying it had Bluetooth capabilities when it does not, even was advertised on the paper in the window and nothing was took off. I was told someone would repair the crack in the windshield "I'm placing the order now so they can meet you tomorrow" this was Monday 3/20 and today is Tuesday 3/28, I've called and left messages and even drove up to the dealership and spoke with a manager (Nick, same name as my sales guy so that should've been my clue nothing would get done) who promised he would handle it, nothing. I was told my price would be adjusted for the car sitting on the lot 60days along with the price online being different than advertised at the dealership, it wasn't.. I was told my I couldn't use my current finance company because their rates were too high, when I checked my credit report I noticed they never inquired with them... just a bunch of promises that were not completed and lies to pacify me, NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! Wish I could drive the car back and leave it in their lot and take my Malibu back. Maybe they saw me coming and being that I was desperate to get out my lease I didn't take my time and MAKE SURE things I needed were done then and there. I took their word like an idiot and now I'm paying for it! More

Furthermore, Maggie was very helpful in getting me additional options for the vehicle to make sure I was covered for wear and tear on the vehicle. I was very happy with the customer service that I received, I told my wife about my experience. She was so impressed that she is considering trading her vehicle in for a better car. More

Smooth and effortless Dave was honestly such a great salesman it didn't even feel like a sale it felt like we were visting a friend. We were very stressed about finding the right vehicle as we didn't have anything narrowed down and within no time Dave found us the PERFECT car . From there there was no pressure he basically just helped us do everything and did almost all of the work including he himself did added cleaning to the car once it came out. When Dave introduced us to Matt it was a familiar feeling of comfort and ease. Both very polite and guiding than pressuring or aggressive I will honestly never go through a different salesman or dealer ship. More

First, they looked at me as if I was from Mars then inspected it and told me "yep, I smell it". Then, I was told they probably wouldn't have enough time to do anything since I was just scheduled for an oil change (I told them of the problem when I scheduled the oil change and that I would like someone to look at it). I said do what you can. After the oil change, I was told the Maintenance Manager was gone for the day and that they would talk to him in the morning and give me a call. I told them I would be contacting GM cause I have found forums regarding this issue online and I also wanted to see what they had to say. Three days later someone from the dealer calls to do a follow up and ask me hoe my visit went. I told her about not receiving a call from the Maintenance Manager yet. She stated that was unacceptable and that she would have someone call me as soon as possible. Three more days later GM contacts me regarding my inquiry. I told them the whole story and they didn't seem happy. They told me that they wanted to have me take my car in to have it fixed and that they would contact the dealer having them set me up with an appt. A week later GM calls me and asks how my car is doing. I told them the same and that the dealer hasn't called me yet. They stated they were going to immediately call the dealer and that the dealer was instructed to get me in, provide me a loaner, and fix the problem last week. Two days later the dealer called and told me they wanted to get me in but couldn't until next week. I said fine that will have to work. So I am scheduled for Monday to get this problem solved, hopefully. I have a 2013 Terrain with barely 30,000 miles on it. I have, for the past two summers, noticed a mildew smell emitting out of the cracks in the door when the windows are rolled down. The smell is very strong and annoying. I just want it fixed and to know that there isn't rot inside my doors. My car windows have never been down during a storm. Then smell just happened. More

When Dealing with Matt Jury, I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. He worked diligently to find me the best interest rates possible. I was provided with a Carfax on the vehicle as well as them disclosing the full known history of the vehicle. He did not give me the feeling of being rushed to make the sale and made small talk the entire visit and was even great with my son. I am satisfied with my experience and would recommend Matt to anyone. More
