Made an appointment with the service department for warranty service. Appointment was for Tuesday but they suggest that I bring it on Monday. Brought the car in Monday afternoon. Waited until Thursday warranty service. Appointment was for Tuesday but they suggest that I bring it on Monday. Brought the car in Monday afternoon. Waited until Thursday at 4:30 PM and called them. Car had not been in the shop yet. No calls with update! I will never go back to this dealership for service or anything else! LOUSY customer service! More

Excellent customer service! I got a recall letter from Ford and I called this dealership since its the closest from where I'm working. I spoke with Chad on the phone and he made I got a recall letter from Ford and I called this dealership since its the closest from where I'm working. I spoke with Chad on the phone and he made it seamless. I also had my A/C drain checked and everything was done later in the day. Easy and hassle-free; the way dealerships should be. The guys in the service dept (Chad; Juve) are very professional and friendly at the same time. I would definitely going back there for future service. More
