Driver door panel come loose-Ford recall 11/18 driver panel coming up at window. NOTHING wrong with passenger window! While waiting to be fixed, Chad called to say best fix would be to buy $ 11/18 driver panel coming up at window. NOTHING wrong with passenger window! While waiting to be fixed, Chad called to say best fix would be to buy $400 new panel!? We said no. Went to pick up, both Windows had torn apart. Husband went to pay for oil change. I looked over job done. Staples showing on BOTH Windows all way across. I by came back, said they didn't charge for oil change!!?? Wonder why? Showed him window fixes?? He wanted to check some things and come back. Life happened. 4/17/19 staples coming loose on drivers. Could push panel about 1 1/2" back into car.like panel itself was coming loose. Passenger side staples just still shining. TOOK PICS before Taking it back to them. Drivers side 80% better, but still not right. Passenger Side didn't look like it had been touched. Staples shining. He said they couldn't do it any better. Finger prints all over drivers door panel where it had been manipulated. (A good thing). Passenger side had none. Asked Chad with all the Ford sanctioned returns, was this what THEY looked liked from other dealers service department. He couldn't say that?! Got a service receipt, with it attached quotes for 2 new door panels at $400 each?! Took pics again. Don't believe passenger side has been touched. A few days later, Judy working for Mr. Platter called for a service performance review. She got one. Said she would call Chad and get back to me. Never did. I called her twice this week, finally she called back. She said Chad related to her that was the best that could be done and he told me that. Yes he did. Why did she call to begin with. If there is a dissatisfied customer, is she the liason, not just accepting. I have since watched procedure on YouTube from a Ford tech. And it could be done better and right. More

Great salesman. Poor management. Salesman Josh was good. Other two clowns that I assume are in leadership roles are lazy and sleezy. Addicted to their cellphones. Once the purchase was final and I left they seem too troubled and bothered to follow up with me to get the included truck mats and bedliner. They said the mats would be in Monday but had to wait another week to get them. One left early from work and had wrong VIN number on the paperwork which cost another hour of wait time. trying to buy a new truck! Labelle ford is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Never return calls, pass you from one salesman to another and still no return calls. Extremely poor service Ordered set of tires. Appointment several days later and service to take 2 to 3 hours. After 2 1/2 hours vehicle had not been touched. Complained and Ordered set of tires. It became our fault and we were rude to not just wait their leisure. Never again. More
