Terrible Customer Service experience for my brand new Tiffen Wayfarer. You cannot get their service department to answer their phones. You will get put on hold and eventually be routed to Phoenix or Cali Tiffen Wayfarer. You cannot get their service department to answer their phones. I paid $5,000 as a deposit for a fifth wheel one month ago. They still have not delivered this vehicle to me. They can't find parts, they don't perform the work they say they're going to perform, and I've ago. They still have not delivered this vehicle to me. Then it goes back for repairs to fix very shoddy craftsmanship. In the past year we have used our camper only three times. We have taken it to La Mesa RV Albuquerque a dozen times and it’s still there now. Maybe I’ll get it back next year in February or March. Winnebago bears much of the responsibility for making a faulty product. Then La Mesa RV Albuquerque makes it worse with incompetent craftsman. I’m currently trying to convince Winnebago to extend my warranty another year. There should be a simple process but Winnebago is making me jump through hoops and I’m still waiting for their decision.This is my second Winnebago from that dealership in the last. More

I cannot begin to tell you my disgust with La Mesa Rv service department. I bought a brand new Fleetwood 2015 seven years ago. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I put it in for service And had no response and was lied to outright. Namely Vinny my service coordinator had my RV for almost 2 months and lied to me and said the front end was looked at. Until I found out from the technician that it was never looked at. Took home my RV which was shaking violently in front and the rear window actually fell out. I waited from the end of January for eight months till September before I finally called and said where is my window. And they mysteriously found it. Now I've had to pay gas etc. and time to bring it back to have it repaired and have the front and looked at finally. Over two weeks ago Vinny told me that he wanted to give me a call with the chassis expert. I told him sure give me a call in another half hour and I'll be available. Weeks have gone by texts have gone by with no response. I have contacted the service manager Clay who is just as useless and has no answers. I'm going to do everything in my means to get this corrected. Obviously not from Le Mesa who is the biggest joke in RV sales and service. Wait a second not just RV service in sales. I have never dealt with a service department as inept and non-responsive as them. I've tried everything in my power to get answers and they refused to help. Never again. I will certainly be contacting corporate offices the Better Business Bureau etc. More

We bought 2019 Tiffin Open Road and enjoyed it for lone yr! We got ready to leave this summer and our slide won't go out! We called the mobile warranty as we carry that on our RV! Unethical salesmanship and it cost us a fortune! !! Over a month now since we're running after our money. We are a couple working remotely in Florida. We are also traveling a lot so we needed an !! We went through on 3 different salesperson and we were introduced the Lithium battery option and the generator powered class b. We wanted something running 8-10 hrs without power hookup. We tried the generator ones but they we r e too loud and we tried the battery pack ones. Obviously the battery was the winner but the sales people told us it'll run only for 4-6 hrs. Which me and my wife were ok with . We made the purchase and on the orientation day the guy while doing the walk-around he told us, basically laughed at us that these Class xx are maybe only maybe can do 2 hrs on battery!!!. We immediately canceled the sales and salesman Salty came along and offerd to fix the problem with covering the cost of extra battery and labor if we take the RV we picked. We added to the due bill. We at that point already broke our apartment lease and we needed the rv on that day. Since that almost 2 months passed and we learned that the Roadtrack Zion we purchased the battery only lasts for 30 mins and adding the extra battery can maybe increase the ac life up to 1 hrs. Maybe... We are going back and forth with the manager Andrew Lawson to fix the problem or to give us another RV with a generator but basically we're getting cold shoulder for everyone. Not answering to our calls anymore and refusing to help us. I'm utterly speechless, especially seeing that most of the people had good experience. Guys, this is a 6 figure mistake and we are getting absolutely no help whatsoever. We have to travel back to Port Saint Luci every single if we want to get an update because no one deals with us. They put us on hold and after 10-15 min wait I just give up. We love our Class B but LA Mesa and their scammy salesmans are screwed us over big time. More

They happily take your money when you’re buying a new RV but dont’t fix issues under warranty and treat you like crap when you ask them to do so. Their service desk receptionist, Mauri/Mari/Marie is rude and un-accommodating. She should be cleaning their toilets instead of interacting with their customers. It would be a much better fit for her and her lack of customer service skills. The service rep never answers your calls so you have to leave a message. You’re lucky to get a call back. We bought a 2021 Integra Escalade Super C in February 2021. A year and 3 months later still have warranty issues not fixed after taking it in 3 times. Floor was torn up for a year and finally had to get it fixed by another company. Still waiting to get our $300 reimbursement for that. This last time they had it for two months and finally fixed two vents. Door is still not fixed and trim moulding isn’t either. They don’t do what they say and always have an excuse for not doing their job. This is our 5th RV but our first from La Mesa RV Albuquerque and I would not recommend them. I would avoid them at all costs, you’ll be glad you did! Buyer beware, you’ve be warned. More
