I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again! More

Contacted LUV, the vehicle was already sold. They had another similar truck but the person who contacted me could not discuss that truck and would have someone else contact me. This dealership now goes by the name “LUV Toyota of Bradford.” Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere and don’t waste your time at this Stealership. We visited this dealer with the intention of purchasing a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid that was in stock. We asked for pricing and a quote to trade in our vehicle. Now we know why this dealer has a hard to find car in stock when the honest dealers have waiting lists. It took 2.5 hours for the dealership to provide a trade in quote. The quote was considerably below what we were expecting, and thousands under what other dealers have offered. The sales manager, Gabe, took over the conversation, was rude, interrupted us numerous times and was insulting. When we said that we would consider purchasing the new car and selling our car on our own, the sales manager attempted to talk us into “long term financing.” I repeatedly said no, that we would be paying cash, and the sales manager wouldn’t take no for an answer. Ultimately, once this dealer figured out that we weren’t going to sell them our car for significantly less than what it was worth, that they weren’t going to make money on financing, extended warranties, or any other nonsense, they became disinterested in working with us. The sales manager, Gabe, should be ashamed of his questionable business practices. Gabe deliberately employed stall tactics, talked over us, and repeatedly interrupted us. It’s clear that if this dealer can’t rip off its customers, they move on to a more gullible victim. Even if this place has what you’re looking for, don’t bother. More
