Also picked up with transmission problems that weren’t there prior. Had had done for 1/3 price days later, wasn’t the happiest. $18 part $600 labor. This part isn’t on them but as it was parked on the side of the road to get fixed, it was hit head on and in the shop for months. Picked it up from the body shop, check engine light was on and they did some repair. Got cancer in the following weeks and didn’t drive it for 6 months until I got out of roswell. Wanted to drive home in my new car I had barely driven so the day before I was scheduled to leave the hospital I went to pick my car up. Engine blew on the way out to Buffalo with less than a cpl hundred miles out on it since I bought it. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty or it wouldn’t have been covered but still costed me quite a bit of money and time on tows, gas, deductibles, etc…. Been through about 15 wheel bearings, control arm and countless other things. This experience will for sure prevent me from ever thinking of buying a Kia again. More

She goes in and talks to whomever and comes out with trade in value on my vehicle and bottom line price. We are like ok sounds good. Then they say oops wrong vehicle we did the price for the cheaper model. We said nope and she’s like well look at this one first. So we did ok it’s not a turbo and no leather seats. Ok we can live with that deal back on. On the way to the bank we get a call that oops they made another mistake and trade in was on a car that was not mine. So instead of 13,000 trade they offered 9000. Ok it’s still more than we owe. So get the vehicle. Hit almost 3500 miles and call service and tell them mileage and say I think it’s time for an oil change. They are like oh yeah and tire rotation. He seemed kinda pushy so I go on Kia website and it says with synthetic oil the oil change mileage is 8000 miles. He NEVER mentioned this so I tried to call back to cancel appointment and no one would answer phone. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my maintenance. I warned them that I am more mechanically inclined than most people and don’t take kindly to being screwed over. That’s why I quit going to the people who owned it before. Do not go for service here unless you want to be screwed over. Or unless it’s a recall. More
I went to the dealership to look at a Kia Sportage but when I discovered that it was almost impossible to find a used one with a sunroof, I changed my interest to a used Honda CRV. The dealership had one when I discovered that it was almost impossible to find a used one with a sunroof, I changed my interest to a used Honda CRV. The dealership had one, which I drove. It was nice but, since it was white, I was not too interested. The salesman was very supportive of my intention to visit Jamestown Honda in Lakewood to see what they might have in the way of a Honda CRV. I did purchase a vehicle there. More
