Luv did match vehicle price to another dealer but I Didn’t appreciate them trying to add the pulse system to the vehicle without transparency until I noticed it on the purchase agreement for an extra 4 Didn’t appreciate them trying to add the pulse system to the vehicle without transparency until I noticed it on the purchase agreement for an extra 499$. Then Bill telling me he is contractually obligated to sell them on all his cars and I’m the only customer who has ever had a problem with it. That’s a contract that must benefit him or the dealer. Not the customer. The customer should be told and have a choice- it is an obnoxious device. I bought the vehicle without it or I was going to buy elsewhere. Ashley was very accommodating to work with. I appreciated a salesperson who wasn’t pushy, she was helpful and available. More
Very poor, detail missed inside door, had a tire get side wall puncture cost $290 to replace! Picked up went to leave low tire pressure light on had to go back and get air in new tire!! Very friendly and nice accommodations for waiting. The service department is friendly and welcoming. The salesmen remember you and check to see that ther are no problems when you are there. Vehicle went in to repair the electronic dash screen that keeps blinking in and out. My understanding was they were going to tear into the dash to check for an electrical short. All they did was flash a so keeps blinking in and out. My understanding was they were going to tear into the dash to check for an electrical short. All they did was flash a software update that did not correct the issue. This was the 3rd time I brought my vehicle in for the same issue. Will follow up with dealership again. More
