We bought our Kia new in 2019 my wife has liked it. She has 42,000 miles and we had a intake go bad. I was told it would be 1,000 and change and when I picked it up the bill was 1,080 and change Bein She has 42,000 miles and we had a intake go bad. I was told it would be 1,000 and change and when I picked it up the bill was 1,080 and change Being a mechanic for 38 years I have faithfully change the oil ever 5,000 with full synthetic oil. It made me upset that we buy this Kia and she literally goes from Jamestown to Randolph and we had to pay to have it fixed because it was over the 5 years but not the milage. As a mechanic I would have done something to help the customer out to keep them happy but that wasn't the case here. When my truck is paid off we are trading her Kia in and buying a different make. Very disappointed at that low of milage and we have to spend that kind of money. More
