Buyer Beware BEWARE: This by far is the worst car dealership I’ve even had the misfortune of dealing with. Let me tell you the nightmare I’m going through with th BEWARE: This by far is the worst car dealership I’ve even had the misfortune of dealing with. Let me tell you the nightmare I’m going through with these people. I found online a 2008 Range Rover Sport. It looked to be in good condition and has decent mileage on it. I called up and a guy answers the phone (later I find out he is the manager). I explained to him that I had a 2017 Honda HRV that was paid off and I was looking to trade it in for something with more bells and whistles. He told me they would give me $13,149 for my Honda with 30,758 miles on it. I decided sure that would be fine. I ask him before I come to look at it where they got the car and he tells me it was a trade in that someone bought another car from them. I then ask him if it had any rust, and he flat out told me NO! (After buying the car and finding paperwork from the original owner, I gave her a call. She traded the car in to Vroom and purchased a newer Range Rover because as she stated this one was penny and nickeling her to death. Also after I purchased it and took it home to wash it, I find rust over the front wheel that someone used touch up paint on to cover up. When I went back on the dealer photos that I saved and zoomed in you can see the rust was visible when they took photos which means THEY covered the rust up.) I have a tire sensor light that is one and will not go off. They did an I OWE YOU to have that fixed. They said I’d have to DROP IT OFF TO THEM, AND COME BACK ANOTHER DAY TO GET IT! I live 30/40 miles away from them. Then yesterday I called and ask them to help me with the cost of the $1500 worth suspension work that is needed, and I’m told I can drop it off for them to have inspected.....REALLY! I then loose my cool with the person on the phone. He said he would call the owner and see what they said, but he “wasn’t promising anything”, and said he would call me back today. It’s now 3pm and still haven’t heard from him. I text and nothing! I call and they won’t pick up the phone. Maybe they are unaware of the law in the state of Illinois that requires dealerships to repair SAFETY ISSUES. Also it needs front brakes! And sadly I can’t even sell it because THEY HAVEN’T EVEN DONE THE PAPERWORK TO GET MY PLATES OR TITLE, I have no lien holder, they paid ME $2400 for the deal because my trade was more then the Rover. And get this, they paid me by check from a Chase account. I go in to cash it and the teller looks me right in my face and says “This business has NSF in the account to cover this check. Do not accept a check from them make them give you cash.” I went back to the dealership and the manager tried to convince me that the check couldn’t be cashed because it’s a business account. WRONG! I bank with Chase business and business checks can be cashed in branch....IF THEY HAVE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT! He finally went and got me cash, but had to go to two different banks to do so. I’m fed up! They are shady, liars and sell junk! If anyone reading this wants a good car go buy the 2017 Honda HRV they have, it was mine and needs nothing! Unlike the piece of garbage they sold me. That was icing on the cake for us, we bought an older vehicle and got free warranty for it. Would suggest this dealer for you future purchases. Left none of my questions unanswered or unclear. Audi had few blemishes, but it is a 8 year old vehicle so we understood it won't be perfect. Could not be more glad with my deal, thank you!!!!! More

They can't refund us or make the situation right because "their mechanic didn't do anything." DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR EVEN SET FOOT IN THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER. More
