Very disappointed…something has definitely changed here. Was asked during a routine oil change if I would permit a 2 hr diagnostic for a tick. Was NOT informed that meant I would not receive my vehicle back Was asked during a routine oil change if I would permit a 2 hr diagnostic for a tick. Was NOT informed that meant I would not receive my vehicle back (day before Christmas eve) if I did this due to the fact they would be tearing engine components apart & did not have a replacement gasket! I agreed to the work & then was told parts would not be in until next business day. Was told I could have a rental FOR $60 A day! When next business day came, was informed parts would not be in now until 8 days later!! Was informed that since I was not informed about not being able to take my vehicle that I could have a rental for $30 a day. Asked to just put the vehicle back together & was told they were unsure if the gaskets were in. Looks like I basically paid for the most expensive oil change in my life since nothing is fixed & I’m sure I will be charged for the labor that they stressed was 4 hours to tear apart & 4 to put back together. I used to receive texts & emails updating along the way. This time only phone calls but not enough info given. The girl calling was super polite & sounded newish. NEVER again. After buying 3 Jeeps here (2 brand new), I doubt I will ever trust them again! If they took my vehicle for 2 weeks without informing me upfront, at the very least I could have been given a loaner & I maybe would not have been quite as livid! Edit 1/6/2025 On Thursday of last week I took a trip to Valley Chrysler in Bryan, OH. They were able to get my Jeep in the following day (already had ALL the parts needed in stock & verified that LPK never contacted them to ask for parts). My vehicle was fixed & ready to go by end of day, including the blown fuse I had asked to be checked and was told by LPK it was fine!! I was also given a loaner free of charge- no questions asked!! Valley will for sure be getting my business from now on. More

Found a car of theirs I liked on their website and went in to testdrive it, and was put with Joe Tijerina who I would be dealing with for the rest of the process. On June 27th, we sat down and went over my in to testdrive it, and was put with Joe Tijerina who I would be dealing with for the rest of the process. On June 27th, we sat down and went over my down payment & estimated monthly payment if I was to finance through them. Came back in on July 5th with all the relevant documents intent on purchasing the vehicle. After talking for only a few moments, Joe tells me he has no recollection of talking about financing the vehicle despite me literally holding the sheet he filled out with payment estimates. Tells me the bank won't want to finance the amount but runs a hard check on my credit anyways, and then tells me to get a loan from my own bank instead. Said he would call on Monday for an update on my loan, meaning I had Saturday & Sunday of a holiday weekend to speed through an application, which I did, resulting in another hard check on my credit. He then messages Monday morning telling me that he sold it on Saturday, after I had to reach out & ask. He wasn't going to say anything. Absolutely ridiculous & disappointing behavior. Would not reccomend Joe Tijerina or LPK Dealership to anyone. More

Make sure you verify prices before going. I told the person via text who messaged me. What I wanted to pay…. Responded with can you come Thursday…. Audrey is the best she Allow me to walk over the car test drive it without any pressure to sell she allowed me to make up my own mind I' like that. Upset that I was not informed that the lease balance wasn't being paid in full & instead $3100 was transferred to my new loan. Out of the 3 people assisting me, not 1 went over this with me. I came with my payoff quote, & a payment I was wanting for my new vehicle. All I was told was "yes, we're gonna get you taken care of, we can get you out of the lease & get you a payment close to what you want" I went home, realizing then, I was not informed of the $3167 they didn't pay towards the lease was transferred to my new loan. Sneaky way of making a sale. More
