Audrey is the best she Allow me to walk over the car test drive it without any pressure to sell she allowed me to make up my own mind I' like that. Upset that I was not informed that the lease balance wasn't being paid in full & instead $3100 was transferred to my new loan. Out of the 3 people assisting me, not 1 went over this with me. All I was told was "yes, we're gonna get you taken care of, we can get you out of the lease & get you a payment close to what you want" I went home, realizing then, I was not informed of the $3167 they didn't pay towards the lease was transferred to my new loan. Sneaky way of making a sale. More
