I called to see what the cost of a oil change on my C8 corvette would be. I was told $90 + tax so I made an appointment for 2:30. Well, when I got there they did not have the oil and had to order it. I was only wanting an oil change. The bill was over $180 dollars. I told them that was NOT the price i was told. They said they would talk to the service manager seeing I was initially told it would cost $90 + taxes. The manager did not care I was initially quoted $90 + tax for the oil change, and stated I will have to pay the $180. Customers beware! They have nice people working there at face value, but at the end of day I definitely feel ripped off by them. Im 82 years old and was not prepared for this cost. More

I pulled in with my service engine light on my 2 yr old vehicle still under warranty. Asked them to scan the code to make sure the car was safe to drive until I could make an appt to deal with issue. They refused, saying I need to make an appt just to scan it! I repeated that I just need to know if it's ok to drive until I can get the car in good any issue. They refused to even do that. I called Finley in Beloit (20 min) way. They said it is not flashing, drive it up there and they would scan it right away. They did. I don't go back to Bachrodt even for an oil change or anything else. More
I came to get an oil change on my Sarurday off they had me sitting there for 2 hours. Then I had to go and the guy how much longer he said we are short staffed and they forgot about your car your car is in me sitting there for 2 hours. I talked to supervisor Jim to which he apologized and asked what can he do to keep me coming back for service for my car. I told him that I was just reporting what happened. He offered me. I had my car fixed in their service department they text me an amount in which I would need to pay I agreed they fixed my car the power went out when I picked my car up so I was told to pay the amount I agr me an amount in which I would need to pay I agreed they fixed my car the power went out when I picked my car up so I was told to pay the amount I agreed to pay but because of the outage it could be a difference I’m thinking a small tax amount they called me and told me it was a $400 difference but they would take $245 and even though I felt that’s wasnt right being the honest person I am I just went ahead and paid it I was told they would send me an invoice of what I paid for never received it I feel they got over on me and I will never do business with this company again . I was extremely disappointed in lou bachrodt car services had they kept me updated about keeping my car I would have rented a car. My grandson is in the hospital. And it wasn't until after 5pm that I was i had they kept me updated about keeping my car I would have rented a car. My grandson is in the hospital.
