We picked up a Ford Edge 2011, when my husband went for a test drive the air did not work so it was a short test drive it was like in the 90s that day and while taking the test drive my husband did not see t test drive the air did not work so it was a short test drive it was like in the 90s that day and while taking the test drive my husband did not see the cracked in the windshield from top to bottom, it was really an unsafe choice to drive home. He didn't see it because he was busy with the air and checking out the car. on the way to get on the freeway is when the sun hit it and it was bad. while we were getting a cashier check they said that they took the car in and ad the air fixed, it was in the contract to fix the air but nothing else. the next day we took the car for a short drive, and I saw the cracked in the windshield, but it was so hot, and the air was not working, I called to let them know and they wanted us to bring the car back and leave it for a few days, well they didn't fix it the first time when they said so why would we go to the same person. as far as the windshield it was not in the contract, so they won't pay to fix it. Well, the car is at the shop, a trusted shop and they found leaks in the hose and other things they need fix, and one tires has no sensor so as far as giving them a high rating it is not going to happen from us. He even sent me a message asking me to give him a high rating. Are you kidding me. and what I didn't mention is we don't live in that area we are 80 miles away. so no we cant leave our car there and come back in a few days. More
