I rolled into their lot with shotty credit so bad it could star in a horror flick, a minimum down payment that wouldn’t even cover a fancy coffee, and a dream to drive off in a gorgeous red 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E (fully electric, zero gas, pure swagger). Spoiler alert: Jesse Leeman and Ross the Boss made it happen, and I’m still pinching myself! Let’s start with Jesse Leeman, the salesman superhero who deserves a cape. My situation was a mess—think “paperwork apocalypse meets credit catastrophe.” The biggest plot twist? Ross the Boss and Jesse Leeman teamed up to secure a mind-blowing $4,000 rebate that doubled as down payment assistance. I repeat: FOUR GRAND to make my Mach-E dreams come true. I didn’t even know rebates like that existed outside of fairy tales! Jesse Leeman and Ross the Boss tackled every obstacle like it was a video game boss battle. Weird bank requirements? Smashed. Picky lender demands? Obliterated. My anxiety about the whole process? Jesse Leeman calmed me down with his charm and jokes, making me feel like I was hanging with a friend, not buying a car. Ross the Boss sealed the deal with his deal-making wizardry, ensuring I drove off in that sleek, red 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E that’s so electric it practically hums “Born to Be Wild.” I’m now zipping around in my Mach-E, turning heads and feeling like I won the lottery, all thanks to Jesse Leeman’s relentless hustle and Ross the Boss’s financial sorcery. If you’ve got bad credit, no money, or a knack for losing important documents, run—don’t walk—to LA City Cars and ask for Jesse Leeman and Ross the Boss. They sold me the car with the slashed tire that they quickly covered up to sell but that couldn't even hold till the end of them closing the deal, which took them 5.5 hours!!!! (We came with a one year old child and they made us spend all that time there! - "a few more minutes", "a few more minutes"...). So they had to admit the tire was bad cause I couldn't even take the car out without them pumping it up. They had to promise to take care of it if anything. I took it to the tire repair and the experts said it is unfixable and dangerous to drive, needed to be replaced. Then it was a week(!) of chasing their managers who were hiding like kids, not picking up phones, not returning calls, pretending to be busy - all that nonsense. Eventually, they offered me $70 comp when just the tire cost alone was $250 not including labor. When I turned down that "generous" offer they ran and hid for a couple of more days and ultimately came to pick up the car to fix the tire. Returned it the next day (at 12:30 AM!!! instead of planned 9 pm) and in the morning I saw a crack on my windshield! Needless to say that when I called them out about it, they said it was there when the manager (Ross) picked it up. Total lie. The car stayed in the garage the whole time cause I wasn't going to let that tire kill me and my child. So, I'm left with the fixed tire but broken windshield and haven't been able to use the car for 2 weeks at least since buying. Not to mention they will sell you additional dealer installed features, that you don't need, so the PRICE IS NEVER AS ADVERTISED, IT'S SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER. I sincerely recommend you to stay away from this place and take your hard earned money to a decent business, who cares about their customers at least a tiny bit. More
