Terrible experience after purchase and terrible communication. DO NOT BUY HERE! They sold me a 2022 Tesla model Y that had warning lights on . I asked for that and a couple more things to get fixed communication. DO NOT BUY HERE! They sold me a 2022 Tesla model Y that had warning lights on . I asked for that and a couple more things to get fixed before I drove it off the lot. The Ac needed a recharge one rear tire was low and it had a noticeable scratch that they buffed out. I bought my car on a Saturday so they asked me to come pick my car up Monday. Monday I got a text stating my car was ready for pick up but when I arrived I noticed the AC didn’t feel much colder and the light for a passenger restraint was still on. So I went back in before I drove off to let the know the restraint light issue was not fixed. So now they said it will take another day for them to fix the issue of the warning lights. So now Tuesday rolls around and it’s not fixed. I had to call no one reached out. I keep calling asking when it’s going to be ready and Cornell said Thursday or Friday evening. They will call me, except no one ever did. I call them Saturday (a whole week has now passed) and Cornell says that the car might take another week and that he can just put me in another Tesla model y. He said my sales person Would call and send me links to other teslas so I can just pick one. My sales rep sent me two links I picked another white one and she said they would run the numbers and call me when the numbers are ready so I can just show up to sign and take delivery. Well that never happened no one called. So Sunday I call and no one seems to know where Cornell or my sales rep is. So I got a call from another guy that works there and tells me he will tell Cornell to call me Monday. That was yesterday now and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I have a car purchased with a loan funded and have not taken delivery. I’m paying insurance for a car I’ve yet to drive off the lot. And no one has shown any urgency to get this fixed. Calling the dealership you just get the runaround. This is now way to treat your customers. You over promised and underdelivered. You were so nice when it came to selling me the car but now I can’t even get a phone call when you got me into this mess to begin with? Please save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. More

Jesse’s got this wild energy—like he could sell a skateboard to a fish and make it sound like a great idea. He was zipping around, crunching numbers, and hyping me up like I was about to sign for a private jet. And Ross? That man’s the calm in the storm, the mastermind behind the scenes, making deals happen faster than you can say “bad credit, who?” Together, they’re like peanut butter and jelly—except they’re serving up luxury cars instead of sandwiches. Despite my credit score looking like it flunked math class, they got me into that sleek C300 with terms so good I double-checked for hidden cameras. They said it had a clear coat protection the car wash people said it did not have this on it. I was hoping this was going to be a good experience it was not. Then they had to delver the car because they had forgotten to smog it. They delivered the car dirty and the gas was empty. Very disappointed in my experience. More
