I drove 300 miles to see a car. Got there and it was sold. My fault, I should have called. I had a 2014 Jaguar XF, in perfect condition, for a trade in and $16,000.00 cash in my pocket and we couldn't sold. My fault, I should have called. Couldn't give me enough for my Jaguar, told me to sell it to Vroom. Forgot to mention, my wife and I got there and walked all around looking for someone to help us. I seen a gentleman standing by the fence out front on the phone. I was completely ignored for at least 15 minutes. I walked all around looking for the car I came to see. Finally the gentleman that was on the phone approached us and asked if he could help me. More
