This dealership seems to lose all interest in you as a customer as soon as you walk out the door. The buying experience was pleasant enough but it took them days to for them to send me my contract and customer as soon as you walk out the door. Apparently their finance manager made a mistake. She still hasn’t sent me a copy of the warranty I purchased despite me sending 2 emails. More

La Puente location is janky & shiesty. Went to get a car & they lied about my down payment amount & APR percent. Called them to ask for my receipt for down payment I paid cash (they claim they couldn’t give one because it was after hours 9pm) I called multiple times for that & a copy of my contract they just kept transferring me then hanging up in my face. Then the finance company called me to confirm details about the car & I found out they lied about my monthly payment amount. They told me one price that we agreed on then the finance company told me a higher price. They lied about the APR is 16%(thats crazy smh) they also changed the price on the contract of the car was 16k then on contract it was 20k & I only seen all this after the finance company had to email me a copy of the contract because they wouldn’t. They also lied saying I had 45 days until my 1st payment finance company said I have 29 days. I got the car on the 7th of March they said payment due on April 6th. I aint even get the car on the 6th so they lie on the day of sale on the contract too. I told them the price was out of my budget for the monthly payment because this car purchase was a 2nd car. I needed bigger because I recently had a newborn baby. They was so thirsty for the sale. Im not one of these ppl who gonna just go with whatever because I desperately needed or wanted a car. I already have another car. They just lie & not truthful. I would have taken my business elsewhere but now Im stuck with this xx car note & high APR. Crazy thing is my credit is good. I only went here because I kept hearing the ad on the radio & Big Boy advertising this crap! Buyer Beware!!! More
