Horrible work and customer service. Service was done due to negligence on Lexus during a routine service. Scratches and dents on car. They sent the car to get repainted in that area. Now the paint is coming to negligence on Lexus during a routine service. Scratches and dents on car. They sent the car to get repainted in that area. Now the paint is coming off and corroded and they won't take responsibility or fix their error. Absolutely unacceptable! This is not up to par with the Lexus brand or quality.
