I am very happy with this vehicle and I feel this decision was one of the best decisions I’ve made in awhile! I felt so informed and welcome the whole time I was there! All of our questions were answered and everything worked out great! If you’re interested in a change of vehicle or something new you should go see David McIntyre at Kyner’s! Thank you so much! I love it already! More

My overall buying experience was a positive one, and I am happy with the vehicle I selected. I would buy from Kyner's again in the future. My salesperson, David, was fantastic during the process and treated me fairly. One thing to know going in: Kyner's loves to partner with credit unions. Personally, I hate credit unions. No one asked me if there was a specific lender(s) I wanted them to run my application through first. I was never even offered an opportunity to speak to whomever ran my credit application. I was just informed that the loan was approved. I was hoping they were going to use Capital One, since they mentioned Capital One when I asked. As soon as I got home, I started looking into refinancing the loan on my own, especially since I have good credit. Sadly, because I bought GAP coverage at the time of purchase, I will lose my GAP coverage if I refinance the loan. I am now stuck with Members 1st Credit Union for the next 5 years. I hate Members 1st Credit Union. If you want a say in your auto loan vs someone else picking your lender for you, speak up loudly and let them know before they send out your application. They do use some conventional banks in addition to credit unions. You don't have to get a loan through Patriot or PSECU or Members 1st. More

I traded in my Ford F-150 and purchased a Volvo XC90. My wife was excited because she will be driving the car. They were very reasonable about the price for my trade-in. My wife was excited because she will be driving the car. They were very reasonable about the price for my trade-in. More
