It is important to note that the vehicle in question was sold to you As-Is. At the time of purchase, there were no known issues with the van's drivability. We were informed of the transmission issue a month after you purchased the vehicle. Upon inspection, we found that the torque converter had failed and the fluid had burned. We promptly sourced a used transmission, installed it, and returned the vehicle to you in working condition. Eight months later, when you reported that the transmission fluid was leaking, we investigated and discovered a leaky pump seal as the root cause. We replaced the seal and ensured that the vehicle was functioning properly before returning it to you. We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you; however, repair costs are your responsibility when purchasing an as-is vehicle. If you have any more concerns or questions, please feel free to let us know.
