First and foremost, we are sorry that you are having difficulties. You purchased this vehicle As-Is. At the time you took delivery, you were aware that the vehicle would have to be brought back in for repairs that we had scheduled as we did not yet have the parts that were ordered for it. When the parts arrived, we set up the repairs and gave you a loaner car. The seat we originally received from our parts supplier was not correct, so we had to return it. The door panel was correct, so it was installed, but we had to wait several days for the replacement seat to arrive. This wait caused the vehicle to miss the appointment at the body shop and we had to reschedule. We do not do body work here at Kyner’s When the correct seat arrived and was installed, the vehicle went to the body shop for the hood to be painted. Unfortunately, we did have the vehicle longer than we anticipated, but we did provide a loaner for the duration of these repairs. When you brought the vehicle back a few days later, we found the transmission and transfer case had failed. It appears the vehicle was driven in four-wheel drive in on-road conditions, causing the failure. There were 2,000 miles put on the vehicle from the time of purchase. We gave you an estimate with parts at cost and discounted labor to assist with the repair, but you declined and asked to have the vehicle towed to your home. This was the most we could offer since the vehicle was purchased As-Is.

Funny...That truck wasn't in 4wd when I left it and I certainly didn't know it was in 4wd after I got it back from you people. Whatever helps you ALL sleep at night 🤷‍♀️ I def won't be silenced & I def won't be back. Your best is your absolute worst...Esp when I have barely driven the xxxx thing before you all got ahold of it...under the 30 day mark from purchase at that. I did not put 2k miles on it...I know where gas was when I left it too. You're not slick whoevers responding. Play your innocent act & claim what ya have to. Single Mom of 3 that got ripped tf off. Period. ✌️
