A Great Experience My husband and I recently bought a minivan from Kyner's Auto Sales. We live out-of-state and could not just leave whenever to go look at the van. So My husband and I recently bought a minivan from Kyner's Auto Sales. We live out-of-state and could not just leave whenever to go look at the van. So, we made part of a down payment to hold the vehicle and then coordinated with the dealership when we would go up to see the van. Throughout that week before we went to see the van, they were in constant communication with us about paperwork they needed and if we had any questions, they were prompt to call us back with the answers. Everyone there is really nice.We could tell from the beginning that they cared about the buyer and making this a positive experience for us. They worked with our schedule and the salesperson even came in on his day off to close the deal. This car dealership cares about the quality of the cars they are selling so much so that they did some minor repairs on the minivan upfront before we even saw the car. They are very thorough and want to make sure everything is working right on their vehicles and that they are in excellent condition for the buyer. When we picked up the van, it was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas. They even offered us a warranty on it where major mechanical repairs are covered with a zero deductible. From start to finish, they did a great job and made the car buying process simple. They work with you, answer your questions, and even go above and beyond to sell you a great car. We got a low mileage good quality minivan at a great price. Thank you. More

Kyners made me feel like a valued customer I wrote the previous review... Tyler was great to work with and it was easy doing business with the dealership. Was disappointed that Hans wouldn't accept our 100.00 off coupon given to us by the dealership on our last purchase. But overall happy with the result. When Kyners read my review they wrote me a check for 200.00 due to the misunderstanding over the coupon. I have been doing business with Kyners for 18 years and have bought 10 cars from them in 18 years, I have referred friends and family to Kyners as well resulting in 7 more sales for the dealership. I have a long standing relationship with Kyners and am happy to say they valued me as a customer enough to make good on the misunderstanding. I will continue to do business with them and will continue to refer people to them. More
