We worked with Andrew who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was accommodating and patient with our questions and requests. Throughout the process Andrew was very relaxed, honest, and helped us get the info we needed to feel comfortable making a decision. The Client Privileges was an added benefit and weighed positively into the decision. Both the purchase price and trade in offer were extremely fair so we did not feel the need to haggle the price. We did feel a bit like we were bothering the manager as we completed the financial piece of the transaction...and we had to correct some numbers...but that was the only less than desirable part of the buying experience. One final noteworthy item; about two weeks out from the purchase we discovered an issue with the one of the window switches. It was within the 30 day timeframe and Kyner's repaired at no cost to us in two days of notifying them of the issue. BOTTOM LINE: Definitely buy from Kyner's....definitely work with Andrew....definitely check your numbers....and enjoy the experience and your car purchase! More

I went in knowing what car I wanted and when my wife and got there it was already out for a test drive and the customer was going to purchase it, Mike had us wait about 10 min. because it’s not a deal until they sign papers. He was right they backed out and not once did he try to talk me into something else. Found two issues with the car in which they fixed with no hassle.
