He provided great answers to our questions and concerns and helped us make a good decision that met our needs. He allowed us time alone to talk and look at the cars with out pressuring us. A few days later when it came time to purchase we met with him took care of all the paperwork, again the process was stress free and no pressure even when we sat down to discuss other additional options. The entire experience was very pleasant and Brandon was absolutely great to work with. I recommended him and the dealership to my boss just this morning. More

When my used Toyota Avalon arrived in Illinois it was everything Andrew said. Even better than he described! I am very nappy with the dealership too. Knew his cars Mike was a great help when we came to purchase a cheap used car. We arrived with a list of cars that we wanted to see, what our goals were, and our e Mike was a great help when we came to purchase a cheap used car. We arrived with a list of cars that we wanted to see, what our goals were, and our expectations from the car. He was able to tell us right off the bat which cars we did not want to buy because of issues or if they wouldn't meet our expectations. We did look at a couple from the list that he tried to steer us away and he was correct. They had issues that made it a deal breaker. There was one car on the lot that fulfilled all our requirements and highly recommended it to us. After we looked at it and liked it, he and I went to a my mechanic to have a pre-purchase inspection to make sure that there wasn't anything seriously wrong with it. Mike was confident that he was correct that there wasn't anything wrong. He was correct. The mechanic said it was in excellent condition and Mike and I drove it back to his dealership to purchase the car. This was in August last year. The car since then (10 months later) is running smoothly and haven't had any complaints. The entire time Mike was not pushing cars on us like many used car salesman do. He was funny, polite, and respected us. I would always recommend him if a friend of mine was looking to purchase a vehicle to help. The only downside was that the car's previous owner had dogs and it was covered in dog hair. There was no attempt to try to clean the car for us. More

Honesty is the best policy! Went here looking for a truck and purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger as is with what was thought as an uninspected vehicle by the dealership. We accepted th Went here looking for a truck and purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger as is with what was thought as an uninspected vehicle by the dealership. We accepted this truck knowing it was a gamble and got the truck home. Later in the evening we received a phone call by Kyner's stating that the truck was actually inspected by accident because of the low mileage and the undercarriage was almost completely eaten away with rust. Kyner's apologized for the mix up and asked us to bring the truck back and work with us if we wanted to get a different vehicle. Purchased a Ford Freestyle which is very nice and pretty close to the truck price so an even exchange and no money lost. We love this new vehicle and it was looked over by the service department and passed with flying colors. I appreciate the honesty and drive to fix the mistake and ended up happier with this vehicle than the truckin the end. Kyner's could have not called and warned us but they did in good conscience. Kudos to the staff especially Andrew and Shawn!!! Would I buy from here again absolutely😎 More
