Bought an Audi from them 12/28/21 car looks to be in great shape. First week of February check engine light, EPC light comes on. Call them to come get it for service. I get a call telling me there was o great shape. First week of February check engine light, EPC light comes on. Call them to come get it for service. I get a call telling me there was only one quart of oil in the car when they drained it. I asked how that’s possible when you told me you changed it before I bought it? We have no idea. It gets better though. Compression test good. No sign of oil leak anywhere. Not smoking or burning oil. No oil in coolant. So either they never changed the oil before they sold it to me or they didn’t put oil in it after they drained it. But it gets even better. They had my car for 22 days and had to send it to the Audi dealer. All the while they told me they have no loaner cars. So I’m without a car for the better part of a month. The car needed plugs, coils, crank sensor and fuel injectors and yes apparently oil. The most kind blowing thing of all was they brought my car back to their dealership to do the work instead of letting Audi do it and get me my car back a week sooner. They also sold me a surface protection warranty when I purchased the car. They told me we will call you in a couple days to set it up. It’s three months later and still no call. Not a fan. Checked out a XJ and I really wanted it but about time I called it was gone to the auction. Went to the dealer and found the car my wife wanted. Everything went fine so I thought. We bought a car and after making the deal and paying for the car we were giving one key. The car was advertised with keyless entry as well but did not get any key fob or anything for keyless entry. When bringing it up to the salesman was handed a piece of paper with a locksmiths info and told to buy one. After sending emails with no response it is time to review this business. After a number of calls to the dealer I finally recieved a return call from the salesman and when telling him again what my problem was he said and I quote him "its above my pay grade' and transferred me to a voice mail and that is the last I heard from them. All I want is what was advertised for the car. Yes I do have a copy of the ad they posted online. More

I may NOT be a good example...I am almost 90 and have had Cochlear implants for 8 years. I hear but when people talk as fast as they can and do NOT enunciate and chew their words it makes it impossible to co Cochlear implants for 8 years. There was one gentleman by the name of Patillo who did offer some help but (and I know it is very difficult to trade automobiles from a distance...but I gave him ll the pertinent info he needed to at least give me an estimate of what they would allow for my car. Long story Short after v=communicating bak an forth he finally told me it would be decided after I got there. It was some 700+ miles there and I was NOT gongto drive there and then not get a trade. so I did find a car almost in my backyard ...same make,same year and in terrific condition and $1000 less than Kyner wanted for the one they had....So I traded and drove home in less than 2 hours suppose it depends on the dealer and how Greedy they are!! Bought a truck there less than six months ago. Left me setting twice. Last time called Kyner. Had it picked up last week and taken in to their shop.. A week later still did not hear from them. Called about my truck and they say they looked at it and had a hole in block. But no one bothered to call me to let me know what is going on I had to call them. Then they want to tell me how their doing me a favor because I didn't have an appointment. Not sure how you are to know they sold you a defective truck prior to it breaking down! Wanted to speak to dealership manager. Was told he was on his way out the door and would call me back when he had time. If going there to by a truck just beware this is what kind of service you can expect. I would not buy a skateboard from theses guys More

So far I’m not having a good experience. I bought a car here a little over 1 month ago and nothing but problems!
