Overall good experience. We purchased our vehicle and it needed a repair before pickup which was fine for us. The pickup day changed a few times, again not a huge issue. B We purchased our vehicle and it needed a repair before pickup which was fine for us. The pickup day changed a few times, again not a huge issue. But when we went to pick up the vehicle it left the experience empty. The keys were on Duane’s desk which someone handed to us. No one walked us out to show us the vehicle. The repairs seemed done, unsure if a final detail happened but the car was clean. I’ve asked about a second key since only 1 was provided. That’s still a question if there is another key at the office? Overall good but not great experience. We would recommend others but similar to other buying experiences to be honest. More

I made contact with David at 1:30p with questions about a Chevy Suburban i was interested in. After a brief conversation I drove to the dealership and met with him. David almost immediately had me in the vehicle and doing the test drive. During the test drive David explained pretty much everything I needed to know about the vehicle to make the decision to buy it. We returned to the dealership around 2:30p. We discussed financing, came to terms that were agreeable. Kyners did not play the numbers game, what they said the first time is what we finished the deal with. As i did not need to take the vehicle with me, Kyners is keeping it for a few days to detail and make a few minor repairs to make the vehicle even better than it was when I first saw it. This was hands down the best used car buying experience i have had!! More
