We felt that the rebates and incentives offered met our expectations and that the trade-in value on our old vehicle was fair. We plan on having routine maintenance done at the dealership and sincerely hope that the Service Department meets our expectations also. More

Not Pleased The salesman ( Blake ) was very friendly and good at his job with pleasing the customer as a top priority, a pleasure to deal with. The dealership on The salesman ( Blake ) was very friendly and good at his job with pleasing the customer as a top priority, a pleasure to deal with. The dealership on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service after the sale. While washing and prepping my new vehicle for me, they somehow managed to chip the paint on the front drivers fender, which I didn't see until after all of the paperwork was signed and the down payment made. Blake took a photo of it so there would be proof and he assured me that the service department would either buff it out or touch it up with a paint stick. It turned out to be too deep to buff out and they didn't have the proper color of touch up for my car. When Blake asked the manager to buy the proper color so they could fix the chip properly, he was told no. At that point Blake told me the touch up color would cost between 35 and 40 dollars and that he was willing to pay half from his own pocket. As I said, it was a true pleasure to work with him. I wouldn't think that after buying a brand new vehicle from them, the dealership would find 40 dollars too much to spend to fix their mistake, but they did. I would recommend that if you decide to deal with them, you go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb before signing anything. More

What started out as not purchasing a new Hyundai, all worked out especially for my wife and I. We wanted a new Hyundai, we thought a Tucson, but as it turned out a new Santa Fe Sport with the help of some great people at Dean Lampkin Hyundai. They searched and found and worked out the deal and here we are new owners of a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Give then a chance to make things right and they did. All worked well for both parties. More
