Overall, slightly disappointed experience. I told them I want to finance with a certain credit union. They said no problem, but then turns out they can't work with my choice. They didn't tell me initially and ran my credit check with a different credit union. The offer was fine but that isn't good. Next, the guy doing my paperwork leaves and just hands it off to another guy who needs to start over. He's great, but missed a couple signatures so I needed to return. The battery on my car died as soon as I got it home. The did give me a new one at no charge, but again needed to return to the dealership. Also noticed my car was missing a lone windshield wiper! Had to again return to get that fixed. Doing that this week so hopefully that is comped also! More
I recently visited a repair shop for a diagnostic test due to mist emanating from my vents. The mechanic informed me that my vacuum hose was missing and replaced it. However, less than 12 hours later, the due to mist emanating from my vents. The mechanic informed me that my vacuum hose was missing and replaced it. However, less than 12 hours later, the mist reappeared. Upon returning to the shop, a second diagnostic test was performed, and I was advised that all of my hoses needed to be replaced. It is concerning that this issue was not identified during the initial diagnostic test. I have incurred costs of nearly $1000, and the problem persists. Unfortunately, I have lost trust in the mechanics' ability to accurately diagnose and repair the issue. It is disappointing that, despite bringing my vehicle in for maintenance, the mechanics seem to lack the necessary expertise. More

Found an issue the sales guy made it write.great deal On the sales guy did. But now the sales team called me and Kunes will not honor the deal the was done in writing. So when I go looking for a new vehicle I’ll go with a different dealership. ( story great sales guy )The company I work for gets all there company vehicles from there I’ll. Talk to the main office so they can see how they treat me as a customer One arrogant service writer not the greatest. To many stories and no truth from any of it. I’m writing to express my disappointment in the service I received on 6/28. I made an appointment ahead of time for an oil change. I arrived a few mins before my appointment time of 9 am. When I asked how lo received on 6/28. I made an appointment ahead of time for an oil change. I arrived a few mins before my appointment time of 9 am. When I asked how long it would take, I was told about 45 mins. However at the hour and 30 minute mark, I went back to express my concern for the length of time. I was given a poor apology of there is lack of staff and they no longer have express option. Overall it took an hour and 45 minutes. I see on my receipt there was a $25 coupon/credit. Which is appreciated. But on the receipt is that the total hours was 0.3 which is under 30 mins. Yet I sat for nearly 2 hours. I honestly will be looking for better options that respect peoples time. With new management, I expected better service. More
