I don't know if it's so much of rating the dealership as it is the service department. Appointment was for 10:00. The car was taken right away but not done till 12:15 for one nail in a tire. That was way to it is the service department. Appointment was for 10:00. The car was taken right away but not done till 12:15 for one nail in a tire. That was way too long just to fix a nail in one tire. That is such xx that it cost us $116 to get that fixed. Will never come here again for things like that and I will not recommend this place to friends. What a joke!! I could have just about bought another new tire for that cost. Sad part is I just bought the four tires from you 3 months ago and had them mounted. Was wondering if you took advantage of us because my wife is the one who brought the car in. I know how long this job should have taken, I worked in a garage. More
