This car dealership practices spot delivery also called “yo yo financing” . The dealership had us sign all our paperwork with a specific credit union as the lender, the amount financed, the interest rate, “yo yo financing” . The deal went through just like any car deal we’ve done in the past. Although, this time KUNES of Sycamore of IL used this deceptive tactic by having us sign all the paperwork and take our brand new car home. More than 30 days after signing our contract to finance the vehicle the finance guy called to tell us our financing fell through so we’d have to sign a contract for a 15% interest rate. Right away this seemed very wrong. We would not ever agree to the terms of the new contract he was trying to force us into. When I returned to the dealership 41 days after we thought we purchased our vehicle I said give me the car I traded in back, you take your car back. Turns out after telling me they would get my car, I found out it had already been sold! So now what? We have no vehicle or we sign a contract with outrageous terms. Many people told us many lies throughout this whole process from the finance guy to the general manager. Do NOT do a car deal with this business! If you need financing go somewhere else! I caution you. I never knew this was even possible until it happened to me. It’s so unbelievable! More

This dealership does not care for their customers. They only look out for their bottom line. This dealership will make a deal with you, and then turn around and sell that same vehicle to the next highest bidder within the span of less than 24 business hours. What’s worse is that this is fully on purpose. They know what they are doing, they just don’t care. They do it because they can. They are fully aware that they are screwing over the customer. Shame on this inept group of people. Shame on the incapable managers. More so, they do not lift a finger to assist the customer after they are done screwing them over. Do yourself a favor and give your business and money to literally any other dealership. More
