Eric who makes appts and double-checks all paperwork; 3. Ho Dept/ personnel are the best: 1. Mica who makes appts and double-checks all paperwork; 2. Eric who makes appts and double-checks all paperwork; 3. Honda Technician Kendall; 4. Honda Svc. Shop Mgr--whose name I neglected to get--but who worked closely w/Kendall to diagnose my gas gauge issue; and, 5. Honda Mgr. Jeff in the front office who personally thanked me for bringing my car to Kunes. These are the good folks who have done thorough work on my 2013 Honda Civic since the Fall of 2024. It is well-worth my while to drive the 160-mile-round-trip from my Missouri home to Kunes when my car needs excellent service because of these five individuals who are dedicated to giving service that can't be beat. Bought a car that after 2 days broke down. After finally getting it back after a week, still having problems and the check engine light is still on.
