Bought a 2016 Silverado bout 5 months ago . Well the transmission is crap and I was told to bring it in . It has lifetime warranty blah blah so we live about 1 hour away so then I’m told nope n Well the transmission is crap and I was told to bring it in . It has lifetime warranty blah blah so we live about 1 hour away so then I’m told nope nothing is covered 6k plus in service repairs . I don’t have that kind of money just lying around . I’m so mad that one person says that that says another thing no communication with each other . I’m never buying Kunes again this is my 3rd vehicle I have got from a Kunes and they are all liars . I haven’t stopped crying paying so much a month for something that is going to sit for who knows how long!! I mean what’s the point offering a LIFETIME WARRANTY when it’s NO WARRANTY!!!!!! Update / KUNES is paying for half of the repairs and I’m so grateful . They said there was a miscommunication and honered the lifetime warranty . So I thanked them several times ! Thank u gmc kunes of Belvidere!! More

I came in with a $60 oil change coupon and walked out paying $90 - admin fee of $3 and CC surcharge of 3%. This is after they tried to charge me for 9 quarts of oil even though the vehicle only takes 8 q paying $90 - admin fee of $3 and CC surcharge of 3%. This is after they tried to charge me for 9 quarts of oil even though the vehicle only takes 8 quarts. Tried to sell me four things I didn't need including an air filter (showed me one with leaves) - my vehicle is parked in a garage and the system said it was at 50%. The service tech was a complete scammer! Hard to write a bad review since I purchased my vehicle from one of their Wisconsin dealerships. Will never come back and suggest that buyers beware! More

I am very pleased with the service, I was having issues with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fi with my Acadia denali and my regular GMC dealership couldn't get me in for a week. My son told me to call Kunes, they got my vehicle in right away fixed and serviced my vehicle. I was going to wait , but Gus said it was going to take awhile and offered me a loaner so I could run errands. I can't say enough positive things about my experience, pretty sure I have found a new dealership. Thank you, Debbie More
