Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were concerned about my comfort while I was waiting for the service work to be done. They offered a loaner car to go get some lunch if I wanted. Wanted to charge me for a 2nd key/fob for vehicle, rained day picked up vehicle and on way home found 3 windshield chips and hail damage to hood. They repaired hail damage but nothing else. This caused me t day picked up vehicle and on way home found 3 windshield chips and hail damage to hood. They repaired hail damage but nothing else. This caused me to drive 100 miles back to drop off vehicle and home then back to pick up. 400 miles. They said would fix windshield chips at their cost but found I could get it done cheaper and did. They replied early Saturday morning stating they would get right on it. Did not hear back from them and no response to emails. Received text Monday morning stating they sold it to someone else on Saturday. More
