As is customary I placed a $500 deposit on the truck and left to get a check from the credit union to return the next day, normal procedure to me. I purchased 2.5 weeks ago and haven't received any indication of a refund after half a dozen calls or texts. I ended up contacting Chase to retrieve my deposit as I don't feel the dealership is going to place priority on my $500 deposit coming back. The biggest red flag I ignored was the ugly tactic of everybody pretending to be somebody they weren't and making up names- come on guys, let's all use our real names and get on with life. I talked to three different people before visiting the dealership and none of them existed as far as I know. Negotiating the deal went as well as expected and I felt everything was fair. Typical tactics from used car managers trying to bury/hide costs or not honor online prices but ultimately it was corrected. (We chalked this up to him being new from the Kunes buyout, but it felt obvious what was happening) MAKE SURE TO ASK IF YOU'RE GETTING TWO KEYS, DO NOT ASSUME YOU $53,750 PURCHASE HAS TWO KEY FOBS LIKE I DID. Side note: Truck is in the shop with a CEL for an evap leak, I'm more willing to pay my local dealer than contact these guys for help since I wouldn't expect them to offer any help lol More

Salesmen are puppets for the,Internet sales Managers, they claim poor credit loans 100 percent approval. You get the choice of the car the bank will finance for you,the finance people are more interested they claim poor credit loans 100 percent approval. You get the choice of the car the bank will finance for you,the finance people are more interested in there relationship with the bankers than the customers. The salesman give you excuses and belittle your credit situation before they even ask what may have even happened to put you in a bad situation. Let’s start within the first two weeks had an alignment issue where my steering wheel was sideways in order to go straight. I bring it there they claim they fixed it and when I pick it up steering wheel is now the opposite way. I had to bring it there again to get the alignment fixed. Then after that i seen my whole back end was rusted all they did was some what paint over it. Then I realize my front end was rusting. Also my service light came on for the start and stop option. Take it in and they replaced the hood latches and that didn’t fix the problem. They have to order a brand new computer module for a brand new truck. Also have to order a brand new control arm for a brand new truck. Also when I hit 72-75mph the car shakes like crazy. Horrible dealership with horrible cars sold here. I am not the only one that went through these issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
