Good buying process once we got the vehicle in, after talking to two managers the day of, when we showed up the night of our appointment the vehicle was not transferred from Woodstock to sycamore, nobody talking to two managers the day of, when we showed up the night of our appointment the vehicle was not transferred from Woodstock to sycamore, nobody told us our deal until we got halfway through financing we had no idea what our financing was, what our out the door costs were, etc. We are more than 2 weeks out of purchase currently and still don’t have a second key (that we were promised) and I am PISSED. if I get told that we are patiently waiting for the key one more time I am going to flip out. This is absolutely uncalled for and totally unacceptable. This whole car buying process has been tainted by the fact that you can’t seem to get a second key which isn’t that hard and doesn’t take 2+ weeks. This is not acceptable and I’m to the point where I am totally PISSED OFF. If this doesn’t get solved immediately I am going to go out of my way to make sure nobody gets a vehicle here. My dad bought a brand new vehicle the same day I bought this one and STILL doesn’t have his second key. (And I was told I’d get a referral check and have not received it yet, this is another thing I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT) This dealership is a joke and completely unorganized and we are EXTREMELY unhappy with the after purchase handling we have received so far, both me and my father. As a local businessman, you have very little time to remedy this situation before I do everything in my Power to trash this dealerships name in our town. I am extremely unhappy with my customer service and if anyone reads this review I hope they take it seriously because this is the worst post purchase experience I have EVER had with a dealer and our family has easily bought a dozen non-commercial vehicles, dozens of pieces of equipment, and 20 plus commercial vehicles. This dealership is a joke and totally unorganized and unprofessional the second you sign the papers. NOT HAPPY AT ALL, the only thing you got right was the value on my trade ins. More
Cody went above and beyond to make sure my service needs were met. I'm grateful that during a routine oil change inspection, the technician caught some issues in need of attention.
