CUSTOMER CARE HAS DROPPED SAID KUNES PURCHASE I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BIGHORN FOR 3 WEEKS BECAME MORE CONCERNED AS PROBLEMS STARTED GEETING WORSE. CALLED SERVICE WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT BUT WAS ESSENTIALLY TOLD PROBLEM WAS NORMAL.TRUCK IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. TRIED TO TALK TO DEREK CURT AND BRYAN EVRYTIME I CLLED WAS TOLD THEY HAD LEFT OR WERE OFF. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. CALLED RAM THEY SAID OPPOSITE AND ANDRIAN FROM RAM CALLED DEALER. CONVINCED ME TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO CORRECT THINGS AND HE HAS BEEN IN TOUCH ME AND DEALER AND WILL STAY INVOVLED UNTIL IM SATISFIED. MISTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF BEST THERE AND DEALING WITH HER,HAVE MEETING TIME WITH RANDY AND MISTY WITH THESE TWO SURE THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST AND FIX PROBLEM. More

My wife bought it. It is now up for sale. The bucket seats cut off circulation on both front seats. We are told that they’re are no fixes for the seats. Dishonest and inconsistant in responses We were very unhappy with the service we received. This purchase took place during the Covid crises but feel that was unrelated to the poor service. We were very unhappy with the service we received. This purchase took place during the Covid crises but feel that was unrelated to the poor service. It all started when we found a 2019 Cadilac Escalade on the internet. We inquired at the dealership and talked with Sam. We talked a couple times regarding the vehicle and we were convinced it was what we were looking for and made arrangements for them to bring it over for us to test drive. The afternoon it was to be delivered, we got a call and Sam who informed us that there was a scratch on the door and wanted to know if we still wanted him to bring it over. He then took his phone out to show me a video of the scratch. He proceeded to show me a video of very large and deep gouges in all 4 of the vehicle doors. I told him we were not interested in the vehicle as he said he would need to ask his boss if they were going to fix it or not. We had agreed on the price and trade in options at that time. We left it at that. Later that day I received a message from the general manager apologizing for the experience and that they didn't know about the damage and that they would get it repaired and get back to us. He also said that he would make it right with us and would work on the trade-in deal. A week went by and finally got a message telling me the car would be dropped off that afternoon. After our test drive, the deal they offered was way less for our trade in than was originally discussed. They used an excuse for a broken screen in the car that was way less than they said to be fixed. I believe we ended up paying for the repair on the vehicle. We decided to purchase even though the deal changed drastically and the car had almost 3000 more miles on it that was on the paperwork and the internet. I attempted to call the general manager back on 3 separate occasions, spoke with a reception person each time and was told he would call me back. He never did. I got a call form his assistant who could not answer my questions but only tried to tell me how dealerships work and that this dealership is trying to resolve a lot of negative issues that the previous owner had left behind. Not what I wanted to hear as it had nothing to do with my purchase. After a drawn out frustrating process, we purchased the vehicle. The day after we had signed the paperwork and paid we got a call from Sam at the dealership. He stated he had lost our check and that we needed to stop payment on it. He had no idea where he lost it but we needed to give them a new check. We reissued a new check but are still concerned about where our large check and our breeched information went. We have bought many cars over the years and never had this bad of an experience. Maybe it is the way it is now but was a huge turn-off to us. It felt almost shady and just not right. This company could use some education on customer service and just basic courtesy and respect. More
