Terrible service. They can have expensive ads, but if they don't have the proper customer service and team to back it up, they will not cut it. I was disappointed on every level of service. In my experie they don't have the proper customer service and team to back it up, they will not cut it. I was disappointed on every level of service. In my experience, they did not return phone calls. They would initiate with a text and then not follow-up. Each time I did speak to someone, it was the internet was down, they were having a sale and super busy, and provide excuses not solutions. They were not transparent in pricing. They initiated contact, but NEVER followed-up properly. My opinion: If you want a reputable dealership with good sales people - go elsewhere. More
