He was more of a Purchasing Partner for me than a "Salesman" - definitely not pushy. Bobby followed up to my inquiry about a vehicle I saw online within 15 minutes of my inquiry submission - very attentive. He was great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to understand what my needs/wants were in a vehicle. As a woman purchasing the vehicle (even though my husband was with me), I felt like he gave each of us equal attention when explaining the different steps of the process. (I hate nothing more than when a car salesman only talks to my husband when I"M the one buying the car!) The Financing steps were easy. And even though I thought I had allowed adequate time to test drive (test drove 4 vehicles) and do the paperwork, it does take a good amount of time. Bobby wanted to make sure that I got the right one for me. Both Bobby and Pete stayed about 1 1/2 hours past closing time to help me close the deal that night. More

He was very prompt and diligent while communicating with me. I had been almost pestering him for about a week with questions, about financing, due to my reluctance to pull the trigger. Never once did he give me the impression that I was being a nuisance, infact it was his persistance that convinced me that I could get a great deal. Dustin never gave me the impression of a sleazy salesman but I rather enjoyed the whole car buying experience. Also, Jim Marrier was able to get me an amazing rate with subpar credit!
